Your organization reacts to your actions. When you delay making crucial decisions, you also delay the time that will be needed to implement those decisions. Many organizations have the capacity to increase their productivity and effectiveness. By putting off decision-making, you are not driving your organization efficiently. This decision queue can build to a point where progress within the organization is seriously impacted.
