We all learn the easiest and fastest by observing others—by having an example to mimic. As a leader, others look to you—and rightly so—for that example. They look to you for strength, wisdom, caring, and attention. They also look to you for honesty about your human frailties. For example, the integrity that you demonstrate when you make a mistake, admit it, recover, and continue on can have a profound positive impact on those around you.
