In the previous four chapters, we analyzed the first four roles the Chief Emotions Officer must embody and how she uses these roles to generate specific states of mind and emotions. Each role had a series of concrete emotional results that could be perceived or measured, and, often, a role focused on generating one or two specific emotions.
