To stay competitive, it is paramount to keep your employees fully engaged in order to meet and exceed your customers’ expectations and achieve your corporate goals. A key component to this is to understand the engagement level of your employees.

We define an engaged employee as a happy, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who eagerly relishes the challenges of his or her job.
