Mila Baker is Associate Professor, Academic Chair, and Director of the MS in Human Resource and Organization Development program and Interim Director of the MS in Management and Systems program at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She has over twenty years of experience in leadership roles in large multinational organizations, including Ethicon Endo-Surgery (a Johnson & Johnson company), Pfizer Inc., the Dana Holding Corporation, and Senior Consultant/Advisor at the World Bank in Washington, DC.
