PayPal Connect is available at http://paypal.sitestream.com. PayPal Connect is like going to the PayPal Developer Conference without leaving home. You can watch video clips of presentations that were given at the conference, download PowerPoint slides displayed during the conference, and download manuals on specific topics. You also find links back to the Help section on the PayPal Web site so you can look up specific how-to topics.
If you're a developer, the PayPal Connect site can be an invaluable resource. (In fact, the site is hosted by the PayPal Developer Network.) But the site can also be very helpful if you're a merchant who never intends to write code.
