This book is dedicated to my husband, Neil, who took on everything house-related (cooking, washing, driving the children to after-school activities, and just about everything else you can think of) so I could have the time I needed to finish this book. He is a wonderful man and my best friend and I'm very lucky to have him!

This book is also dedicated to my children, Jessica and William, who tried hard to understand when Mommy couldn't play with them, read to them, help them with the homework (and all the other things I couldn't do during the three months I was writing.) I'm so lucky to have such great kids!
