SharedClearVision	Prepare a statement of purpose for the system that clearly describes the objectives of the system and supports the mission of the organization. Freely distribute it to everyone involved with the project.
VisibleBoundary	Establish a visible boundary between the system and its environment by enumerating both the equipment and people that interact with the system.
