Revising the Risk Theme

As you come to revise the Risk theme, do make sure that you allow plenty of time if you’re heading for the Foundation exam. There’s quite a lot to remember, and of course the Foundation is a closed-book exam. If you’ve already taken and passed the Foundation, you can relax a bit – you can have the PRINCE2 manual open in front of you in the Practitioner exam and you no longer need to memorise the fine detail.

In preparing your revision, have a look at the checklists in this section. They cover the exam syllabus, but also a bit more to make sure that you have a thorough grasp of the essentials. If, when you look at an item on the list, you feel confident you know it, then tick it off. If you don’t feel you can tick it off, then put it on your hit list for extra attention in revision.

If you’ve already passed the Foundation exam, still have a look at the Foundation checklist to be sure that you’ve remained up to speed in key areas – but, as I’ve already pointed out, don’t worry about memorising things any more.
