About the Contributors
Jim Blaylock, PMP, has more than thirty years experience leading projects in IT, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Transportation. While in the Navy, he successfully managed organizations having in excess of 200 people and projects that ranged from $5 million to $75 million in value. Since retirement from the Navy, he has concentrated primarily on commercial projects, successfully leading ones for Sherwin Williams, Caterpillar, Fel-Pro, Toyota, Vauxhall, Federal Express, Home Shopping Network, Reynolds and Reynolds, Cincinnati Bell, Bloomingdales-By-Mail, and the State of Ohio.
