The Authors

David N. Berg is an organizational psychologist and teaches in the department of psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. He received both his B.A. degree (1971) in psychology and his M.A. degree (1972) in administrative sciences from Yale University and his Ph.D. degree (1978) in psychology from the Universiy of Michigan. He has an abiding interest in group and intergroup relations, and organizational diagnosis.
