Chapter 33. Panic’ed Pipes
The following crash dump was generated on a Sun-4 system running SunOS 4.1.3. The customer who submitted it to us for analysis reported that the system had not had problems in the past. Indeed, it was only when one of the users started writing his own programs that the crashes began.
Always get initial information
