Conventions Used in This Book

We use a couple of conventions worth noting:

Italic

Used for URLs and filenames

Constant width

Used for code, routines, parameters, functions, events, attributions, and macros

Constant width italic

Used for variables

Constant width bold

Used to indicate code entered by the user and to emphasize specific lines of code in code samples

Tip

This icon indicates a tip or hint.

Warning

This icon indicates a warning. Examples, known bugs, or other kinds of problems are discussed in this type of note.
