The Importance of Moving to Mexico

Whenever I complete a session with a leadership team or group of employees, I like to close with the following little story, some of which I presented in the Introduction.

“In 1992, I was offered the job of president for Mrs. Fields Cookies in Mexico. The company was struggling, so it was a turnaround situation.
