Obviously, different people have different levels of experience, education, and confidence and will become adept at practicing Ownership Thinking based on these unique characteristics and backgrounds. It is important to allow for a few months to pass before making a determination as to anyone’s ability to succeed in this new environment of visibility and accountability.
