Rapid Improvement Plans are one of the most critical and influential components of practicing Ownership Thinking. And yet, I often see them fall by the wayside. Here are a few tips to (hopefully) ensure that you stick with them.

 Your Ownership Thinking Steering Committee (explained in Chapter 7) should probably be in charge of ensuring that RIPs are created and executed.
