Departmental, Business Unit, and Location Scoreboards

As you now know, only the most important KPIs belong on a leadership scoreboard. These will be those KPIs that are driving companywide results at a fairly high level. There may be a number of KPIs that are important enough to measure on a regular basis, but, in fact, are supporting the higher level KPIs on the leadership scoreboard.
