KPIs from Various Industries

The case study I’ve provided in this chapter is of a manufacturing firm. As I noted earlier in the book, however, the specific industry is irrelevant when it comes to implementing Ownership Thinking. My company has worked with virtually every industry over the past 15 years. The people are somewhat different, and the measures will be different, of course, but the methodology is basically the same. Given the fact that there will be people from many different industries reading this book, I am providing a list of KPIs that I’ve identified in various industries over the years.
