Utilizing the Scoreboard

Now that the scoreboard has been completed, it is time to begin using it in regular forecasting sessions, or huddles. As noted earlier, the primary purpose of conducting a huddle is to become more proactive in managing your KPIs, allowing the company to more effectively drive its financial performance and meet or exceed budget expectations. I suggest that you have two huddles a month and that they be held the first and third week of the month: same day, same time, and religiously.
