Brad Hams is founder and president of Ownership Thinking, LLC, a consulting and training firm that since 1995 has helped over 1,000 companies to unleash their true potential through employee education, engagement, and incentive strategies. Prior to that, he was president of Mrs. Fields Cookies in Mexico and held executive positions in a Fortune 100 company. Brad is a lifelong student of business and finance, holds a master’s degree in organization development and human resources, and has taught business at the graduate level.
