Given the dire perils of the overconnected world I’ve been anatomizing here, the questions now arise: What do we do about it? Do we learn to live with it, or do we set about dismantling it? Do we stringently regulate institutions that exploit overconnectivity to the detriment of society? Do we restructure governments in order to better deal with the challenges overconnectivity presents?
