Chapter 5. PDF Output

The previous two chapters focused on ODS output formats that can be displayed and edited electronically. If we all worked in the so-called "paperless office" of the future, we wouldn't need any other output formats.

However, in the real world, most of us still deliver a large percentage of our results on paper, or people print a report as soon as they receive their electronic copy. If you need to generate your output so that it can be printed, the fastest way to get your SAS results is to send the output directly to a printer or to create a PDF file for e-mail or Web delivery.
