Modifying the Default Font Sizes for Printer Output

When you want to change the font sizes for Printer output, you need to look at the default style definition for Printer output, which is Styles.Printer. Recall that Styles.Printer is based on Styles.Default.

By running PROC TEMPLATE with a SOURCE statement for Styles.Printer, you can find out how Styles.Printer specifies the attributes in its fonts element. Figure 15.3 shows the fonts element in Styles.Printer. There are two items to note in the fonts element. First, Styles.Printer is based on Styles.Default, as shown by the PARENT= statement. Second, Styles.Printer has its own list of font definitions, which are different from the font definitions in Styles.Default.
