Changing Table Style Elements (Part 1 of 2)

Most SAS procedures produce tabular output. The main style element that controls this tabular output is the Table style element. The Table style element, however, inherits all of its attributes from the Output style element, which is an abstract element. Figure 14.20 shows the Output element definition.

Because many of these style attributes interact with each other, it is useful to change only one or two at a time, review the changes, and then repeat the process until you reach the desired results. Remember that you need to check the results in all destinations to which you intend to send output.
