You know you should back up important files every day, but really, “I just don’t have time today!” Surely everything will be okay for a couple of days until you have time to make backups. Months later, you finally have some extra time and the files are nowhere to be found. Or the original version has been overwritten by a newer version with unwanted changes in it. Oh, if only you had a time machine that could go back in time and grab earlier versions of files. And wouldn’t it be nice if the time machine did this without you doing anything—except maybe turning it on?
