Procrastination is the habit of delaying activities until another day or time. We all procrastinate to some degree and in some form or another. In fact, when I got my first employee review, under the heading of “Procrastination,” it said, “Above Average.” As someone who used to procrastinate exceptionally well, I’m going to share some strategies I use to keep it in check and under control.
