X3.1 OPM3 Self-Assessment Method
The OPM3 Self-Assessment Method (SAM) is for use by an organization when looking to gain experience with model application at a high level. This does not replace a rigorous assessment performed by an OPM3 Certified Practitioner, but can help acquaint the organization with the model in general.
