The present book on Organizational Change and Development aims to present the primary forces for Change in the organizational context in depth in the first ten chapters. Thus an effort has been made to scrutinize each of the possible factors in and around an organization behind any change as exhaustively as possible within the limited space. It thus touches the issues of organizational culture and climate, leadership, development of groups and the group dynamics, the power game within the organization, to name a few, and tries to identify the impact of all these on resultant organizational change.
