The International Organization Development Code of Ethics (22nd Revision)
The purpose of the Organization Development Institute in developing an International OD Code of Ethics is threefold: to increase professional and ethical consciousness among OD professionals and their sense of ethical responsibility, to guide OD professionals in making more informed ethical choices, and to help the OD profession function at the fullness of its potential.
