Power Use that Counters these Dilemmas

These dilemmas are real and will not go away in the foreseeable future, but there are three approaches that can help work through them and will therefore be increasingly common. The first is to increase the total amount of power in any system, so that all members are more effective. The second is to use and reinforce articulated vision as a uniting element.
