Foreword

 

From the time we get up to the dreams we see, the only thing constant in our life is change. Change is often seen as a temporary phase disrupting our well-charted routine of life. Change is intimidating to most because it initiates a different mode of action from what we have been used to earlier. It invites the challenge of behaving in a different manner and, sometimes, even a different way of thinking.

Change must be evaluated. All progress is change; but all change is not progress. Once evaluated on the grounds of rationality, we must face it and deal with it. In not doing so, we fail to realize that change actually triggers an opportunity for the manifestation of higher goals and a break from the rigmarole mechanistic way of living. ...
