History
A research division of a major, long-established national scientific laboratory “Genesis”, had a project team that was suffering from issues of disaffection, poor morale, and lack of internal cohesion. The divisional director appointed a new project leader, and wanted these issues to be addressed as part of the transition.
Task
Develop and facilitate an off-site retreat for 30 scientists, engineers, technicians, and support staff to bring organisational issues to the surface. Develop action strategies for developing a more integrated, cohesive, and empowered team.
