History

A company, a leader in the field of electronic imaging technology, had grown very rapidly. Then, with the downturn in high technology, the company had had to cut back on its workforce and reorganise some of its departments. Issues of “silo” mentalities and lack of co-ordination between departments were exacerbated by the need to do more with less people, and communication tensions at the employee as well as the manager level had reached a crisis point.
