7.3 METHODOLOGICAL PLANNING
The process of diagnosis depends entirely on the theoretical constructs that the diagnostician works with. These constructs help one understand an organisation, its mode of functioning, its various sub-systems, its structure and design, and so on. They help in developing models focussing on individual, intrapersonal and interpersonal processes, on group and group processes, and on the total organisation and its macro processes.
