Part III takes a look at organisational behaviour topics that relate primarily to employers. Leadership is a key topic when considering employers, and we explore different styles and think about how they can affect employees. We also look at motivating people at work, and the importance of the psychological contract that exists between employer and employee and the end result of breaking this contract. Finally, we consider the importance of fair treatment in the workplace.
