Peter Merholz is an independent product and design executive. Prior to that, he co-founded Adaptive Path, the premiere user experience consultancy, helping lead it to international renown. He has maintained his personal site, http://peterme.com, for nearly 20 years, and coined the word “blog.”
Kristin Skinner is Managing Director at Adaptive Path and Head of Design Management at Capital One, where she established and leads its Design Management practice. For over 16 years, she has led designers and design teams to deliver new product and service experiences, and speaks and teaches workshops on Design Management.
