Controlling the Logging of Configuration Changes

You can set several options with the weblogic.Server command to control the way servers log configuration changes. For example, by setting the following option, you can specify that the server write the domain configuration auditing messages just to the Admin Server log:

-Dweblogic.domain.ConfigurationAuditType="log"

By default, WebLogic Server saves all server log files in the DOMAIN_NAME\servers\ <server_name>\logs directory. You can change the default server log filename and its location by following these steps. Figure 3-3 shows the relevant page in the Administration Console.
