Upgrade Procedures
When you upgrade to a newer release of WebLogic Server, in most cases you don't have to upgrade the web applications you deploy. The latest release of WebLogic Server, 10.3.4, will work with all applications you created on WebLogic Server 7.0, 8.1, 9.x, 10.0, or any 10.3 release servers.
