WebLogic Server Self Health Monitoring

You can use WebLogic Server's self-health monitoring capability to monitor the health status of the server. In addition, subsystems such as JMS and JTA monitor their own health status. Subsystems such as JTA and RMI specify whether the server should deem those subsystems critical for the operation of the server when those subsystems register with the server instance at startup time. The server bases its own determination of server health based on the health of the subsystems. The server continuously monitors each of the critical subsystems, and when any of these fail, the server puts itself in the failed health state.
