Now that we have discussed run-time customization, one question seems painfully obvious: What do I need to do to enable my own components in run-time customization? The answer lies in the mechanism called the resource catalog.

The resource catalog, both at design time and at run time, represents the list of components that can be added to a WebCenter page. Elements that can be added to a page at run time are:
