The Web Toolkit is introduced in this chapter and further explained in Chapter 11, “Web Toolkit II: Frames, Forms, and Parameters.” The Web Toolkit allows a Web developer to create dynamic Web pages from an Oracle database. It allows for inserting into or updating a database with user input or displaying database data in a Web browser.
