Upgrading the VM Server
From time to time a new version of Oracle VM is released. Depending on the nature of the release and the state of your Oracle Enterprise VM Server farm, upgrading to the latest release might be advantageous. To upgrade an Oracle VM Server to the latest release, start by booting the latest CD-ROM. The first screen is the boot screen, which was shown previously, followed by the option to check the CD, followed by the Select Keyboard screen.
NOTE
New releases come with upgrade instructions. Newer versions will most likely have improved upgrade procedures and instructions, so be sure to check the documentation. Also be sure to back up any customizations you’ve made before upgrading.
