Installing OVM CLI with the ULN

In order to install the Oracle VM CLI either using the Unbreakable Linux Network (ULN) or using the Oracle public yum servers, you need to configure them for access. Because these processes are different, they will be covered separately in the next few sections.

Configuring ULN

To configure the ULN, you need to connect into the ULN website and register.

1.  First connect to http://linux.oracle.com using a web browser. The first screen you will see is the welcome screen, as shown next:
