NUMWIDTH
NUM[WIDTH] n

Sets the default width for displaying numbers; n specifies the number of digits to be displayed for numeric data. The default is 10.

NUMFORMAT overrides NUMWIDTH, so SET NUMWIDTH 5, followed by SET NUMFORMAT -999,999.99, results in an 11-character wide column.
