Timing for completion insight
Most of the time, it is very difficult to remember the PL/SQL syntax and object names during coding. SQL Developer provides developers with the great feature of providing completion insights as they progress with their coding.
The completion insights and their settings can be controlled by going to Tools | Preferences | Code Editor | Completion Insight, as shown in the following screenshot:
