Baselines

Baselines are a set of snapshots taken between specific intervals which will be used for comparison with any other snapshots when a performance issue occurs. For example, we can have a base line created for a period between 10 AM to 11 AM during business hours and keep it as a baseline for optimal performance. The baseline can be used to compare with another snapshot taken during the same interval but on a day when the performance is really bad. This could help us in quickly isolating the performance issues.
