What’s Next?
The next chapter will discuss the report-writing features that are available in SQL*Plus. These features are available in all installations of Oracle. They are generally used for formatting query results. It is sometimes easier to create a simple report in SQL*Plus rather than launching a report writer and creating a report. The format options are limited, but people working with Oracle often use them.
