Summary
Human workflow is a key requirement for many projects. Quite often, these are a lot more demanding than just a simple approval. In this chapter, we've looked at some of the more complex, yet common use, cases and shown how these can be addressed in a quite straightforward fashion by the workflow service.
In addition, we've demonstrated how we can use the Workflow API to completely abstract out the underlying Workflow Service and present a completely different appearance to the consumer of the service.
