Monitoring KPIs

In the previous section, we looked at monitoring the state of a process. In this section, we will use BAM to give a real-time view of our KPIs. For example, we may be interested in monitoring the current value of all open auctions. This can be done by creating a view, for example, using a dial gauge. The gauge will give us a measure of a value in the context of acceptable and unacceptable bounds. Creating the view is done in a similar fashion as done previously, and again, we may make use of filters to restrict the range of data objects that are included in the view.
