Improving the workflow

At this point, we have a simple workflow up and running. However, we have the following issues with it:

  • At the moment, all requests go to the CEO, but it would be better if requests went to the applicant's manager.
  • Also, what happens if the requester makes a mistake with his/her request, or changes their mind? How do we let the original requester amend or cancel their request?
  • What if the approver needs additional information about a task, is there a simple way to enable that?
